Cancellation Policy

All payments are final and non-refundable. This includes deposits, balances, add-ons, extra time, and any other services purchased. No refunds or credits will be issued for cancellations, no-shows, late arrivals, early finishes, or unused time. Add-ons cannot be removed or exchanged once purchased. By completing your purchase, you agree not to file a chargeback for services booked under this policy.
