Yes! We allow items such as tablecloths, balloons, balloon arches, marquee letters and numbers, as well as your own cups, plates, and table settings. Any furniture that is moved must be returned to its original placement before the end of your event. Decorations must not cause any damage to the property—nothing may be attached to the walls using staples, nails, or adhesives that could leave marks. Confetti, glitter, paint, fire sparkles, and similar materials are not allowed.
Parties may arrive no earlier than the start time of their reservation. Because parties are booked back-to-back, early entry is not permitted.Most clients use the beginning portion of their party time for setup. If you’d prefer extra setup time before your event starts, you may request to add an additional hour prior based on availability.
We do not offer in-person tours. Due to the high demand of our reservations, we’re unable to accommodate walkthroughs. However, we do provide virtual tours online for your convenience. You can view the space by clicking the virtual tour links provided above.
No, we do not provide hookah, as we are not licensed by the state to sell tobacco products. However, guests are allowed to bring their own hookah, as long as it is included in their party package due to fact that we allow smoking in designated rooms only
Guests of all ages are welcome at our facility. All minors must be accompanied by an adult at all times. Underage drinking and smoking are strictly prohibited.
